Educational Qualifications:

Senior Scientific Assistant -> Post Graduate M.Sc. 2nd Class in Chemistry / Bio-Chemistry with one year experience in a Laboratory engaged in environmental investigation, testing or analysis. Hindi upto Matric Standard.

Assistant -> Graduate. 5 years experience as Clerk / Clerk-cum-Typist. Hindi upto Matrtc Standard. Proficiency of Computer / Typing.

Senior Scale Stenographer / Steno Typist -> 10+2 1st Division or Graduate. Hindi upto Matric Standard. English Shorthand at a speed of 100 WPM and transcription of 20 WPM Or Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 WPM and transcription of 15 WPM. State Eligibility Test in Computer Application (SETC) or MCA / BCA, M.Tech / B.Tech (Computers) or Diploma in Computer from recognised Institute Or Basic Computer Literacy Certificate from any recognized centre established under the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Or Haryana State-Certificate in Information Technology (HS-CTT) from the Authorised Learning Centres (ALCs) of the HKCL.

Clerk -> 10+2 1st Division or Graduate. Hindi upto Matric Standard. State Eligibility Test in Computer Application (SETC) or MCA / BCA, M.Tech / B.Tech (Computers) or Diploma in Computer from recognised Institute Or Basic Computer Literacy Certificate from any recognized centre established under the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Or Haryana State-Certificate in Information Technology (HS-CTT) from the Authorised Learning Centres (ALCs) of the HKCL.

Peon / Peon-cum-Chowkidar -> Middle Pass.
