3. The student has not completed schooling from English medium but has done Graduation from English Medium
4. The student has not completed schooling or graduation from English medium , can give an internal ENGLISH TEST of college and get admission.

2. Few Institutes/ Polytechnics and Private Colleges have rolling intakes
LEVEL OF COURSES:
1. Diplomas are level 5 and 6
2. Bachelors degrees and Graduate Certificate/ Diploma are level 7
3. Postgraduate certificates & Diplomas, and Bachelor's degrees with honors are level 8
4. Masters degrees are level 9
