Job Responsibilities:
Search the right candidates from the data and screen them for the role and fitment
Calling the candidates to discuss the job opening and understand if he/she is interested
Line up the candidate for interviews and co-ordinate
Facilitate paper work of the candidate for offer from the client company
Facilitate offer negotiations between candidate and client company
Follow up with the client and candidate for smooth joining in the client company
The incumbent will be trained on all aspects of the job.

Educational qualification and skills required:
MBA-HR with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience required : Freshers/Experienced both can apply.
