RF/BTS/I&C Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, optimization and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks. Responsibilities include link budgets analysis, initial system design and dimensioning, coverage planning, site identification, evaluation and zoning support, frequency planning, interference analysis and optimization, all type of RF Survey, drive test & optimisation. Day to day GSM, WCDMA, LTE, CDMA site all type of survey activity, EMF and Drive Test. Perform design criteria, system dimensioning, link budget and traffic analysis Perform frequency and BCC planning. GSM /GPRS/EDGE/3G/CDMA 1X and new sites and/or Swap Network rollout. Frequency Planning, Swap strategy, Optimization, Drive test etc. Parameter configuration checks. Must be able to climb towers and work under pressure and tower Height.
