Job Description
Our medical billing team in Chennai is looking for an experienced and meticulous AR Analyst. Managing pending medical claims, evaluating denials, contesting rejections, and making sure healthcare providers receive the most money possible are all your responsibilities. Strong knowledge of the medical billing revenue cycle, superior analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing payment problems are necessary for this important position.

Responsibilities
Examine rejected and underpaid claims to find the underlying reason for rejections.
Examine underpaid or partially paid claims, noting any inconsistencies or grounds for nonpayment.
Verify the correct posting of payments and changes and reconcile patient accounts.
To find patterns in payment, ageing claims, and denials, create and examine AR reports.
Verify that every AR activity complies with payer criteria, business policy, and HIPAA rules.

the capacity to efficiently prioritise work and handle several claims at once.
Excellent persuading and negotiating abilities for payer follow-up.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
