Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Shift: Day (8 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage every step of the employment process, including posting positions, evaluating applicants, scheduling interviews, and doing background checks.
Serve as a point of contact for enquiries and concerns brought up by employees.
Assist in the consistent and equitable resolution of employee relations disputes.
Promote staff development initiatives and career planning.
Maintain adherence to labour laws and regulations while upholding HR policies and procedures.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
