Responsibilities:
Throughout the designated shift in Chennai, oversee and manage the work of production operators, assistants, and other staff members.
Throughout the shift, make sure that production goals and timelines are accomplished successfully and efficiently.
To ensure efficient workflow, keep an eye on manufacturing procedures, spot any problems, and remove any bottlenecks.
Keep an eye on how the equipment is operating and report any issues or maintenance requirements right once.
Make sure that items fulfil the necessary quality standards by conducting routine quality checks.
Solve simple operational problems and report more complicated ones to the right people.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in ECE
Experience: 3+ yrs
