Are you a persistent and convincing AR caller from Chennai who has a solid grasp of US medical billing, superb communication skills, and a track record of successfully pursuing unresolved claims with insurance companies?

Become an AR Caller for our vibrant Medical Billing team at our Chennai-based company. In order to handle rejected, underpaid, or unresolved medical claims, you will proactively contact insurance payers, playing a crucial part in the revenue cycle management process. Those who are goal-oriented, have excellent negotiating abilities, and are dedicated to optimising revenue recovery for our US healthcare clients will excel in this role.

Responsibilities:
Examine Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and payer responses in detail to determine the causes of claim rejections, denials, or underpayments.
Create and examine a variety of AR reports to find patterns, unpaid amounts, and areas that need careful attention.
Work together with the charge entry and payment posting teams to correct mistakes and guarantee accurate claim submission.
Effectively manage an ageing claims portfolio to guarantee prompt follow-up.
Respect all corporate rules and guidelines.

Qualification:
Excellent persuasive and negotiating abilities to settle claims with payers.
The capacity to exercise critical thought, evaluate the grounds for denial, and determine the best course of action.
Proficiency with Practice Management Systems and medical billing software

Education: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
