Job Description
Responsibilities
Capable of overseeing invoices to ensure accuracy and prompt processing while completing a range of accounting duties. Maintain bookkeeping records, preferably with prior experience in accounts receivable and payable, and conduct internal monitoring to ensure timely invoice creation and follow-up with clients to secure payment before deadlines. Manage purchasing and sales ledgers, utilizing notebooks and spreadsheets, and verify the accuracy of records, payments, and amounts. Demonstrate proficiency with Zoho Invoice and Tally, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a strong grasp of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
