Job Description
A highly qualified and experienced Lathe Engineer is needed to join our vibrant production team. By operating and maintaining lathe machines, a lathe engineer will contribute significantly to the manufacture of precision parts of superior quality.

What you will do:
Use a range of lathe equipment, including turret, CNC, and manual lathes, to accurately process metal components to tolerances.
Follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and project instructions for installing and operating lathe equipment.
Use a range of turning techniques, including boring, turning, grooving, threading, and facing.
Create high-quality, nearly flawless products that fall within tolerances.

What we need:
demonstrated proficiency in using both manual and CNC lathe machines.
ability to read and comprehend plans, drawings, and job instructions.
the ability to accurately use precision measuring instruments (such as callipers, gauges, and micrometres).
grasp of mechanical concepts and the foundations of metalworking.
