Are you a seasoned, results-oriented, and strategic leader looking to propel major growth and operational excellence in Chennai? You have a track record of effectively managing and optimising end-to-end manufacturing operations in a dynamic plant environment.

Our Company is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Chennai. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the overall P&L, strategic direction, operational efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement of the plant. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the plant achieves its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
complete responsibility for the plant's profit and loss, including capital expenditures, revenue, cost control, and profitability.
Control every facet of plant operations, including logistics, supply chain, quality, production, and maintenance.
Make sure that all Indian local, state, and federal laws and regulations are followed.
assemble, guide, mentor, and cultivate a top-performing staff and management team.
Establish trusting bonds with suppliers and make sure they fulfil quality and delivery requirements.
Lead the plant operations' digitalisation efforts.
Make certain that there are efficient lines of communication open at all organisational levels.

Qualification:
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Education: Any BE / CIPET Degree
Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
