Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above

Responsibilities
Set up VMCs in compliance with job requirements, taking into account work offsets, program loading, and tool selection and installation.
Create products using VMCs while monitoring the machining process and making any necessary adjustments.
Use precision measurement instruments (such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges) to check finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
Analyse and comprehend plans, drawings, and job instructions.
Part of routine VMC maintenance includes cleaning, lubricating, and replacing tools.

Qualification:
demonstrated expertise as a VMC operator.
solid familiarity with VMC setup, tooling, and machining operations.
proficiency in reading and interpreting work instructions, drawings, and blueprints.
ability to use tools for precise measurement.
Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code) is advantageous. Indicate whether it's necessary.
The ability to diagnose and fix issues with machines.

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
