Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and support services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:
Control the equipment and supplies in the office.
Organise the upkeep and repairs of the office.
Ensure that your workplace is tidy and orderly.
Assist employees with standard administrative tasks like calendar management, meeting scheduling, and trip planning.
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the right person.
Welcome guests and keep the reception area tidy.

Skills:
Outstanding time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and adhere to deadlines.
strong accuracy and attention to detail.
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
the capacity to communicate with clients, vendors, and coworkers in an effective manner.
competence with computers and related software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite
