Job Description
Responsibilities
Vendor, facility, and security management, as well as other administratively related tasks.
Managing the employees and overseeing the daily activities of the administrative division.
Administrative systems, policies, and procedures are developed, reviewed, and improved.
Ensuring that all equipment is operational and maintained, and that the office is supplied with the supplies it needs.
Planning office events, such as conferences, meetings, training sessions, orientations, and interviews, is something I oversee.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
