Job Description
To join our vibrant team, we are looking for an administrative executive with payroll expertise who is extremely well-organised and productive. Payroll processing will be a primary focus of your duties as an administrative executive, which will include a variety of other administrative and support services for the business.

What you will do:
Manage the office's supplies and equipment.
Make sure your workspace is neat and organised.
Assist with HR-related tasks such answering employee questions, maintaining personnel files, and orienting new hires.
Take part in entering data, doing calculations, and making deductions when processing employee payroll.
Make and maintain personnel records, including salary records, leave logs, and personal information.

What we need:
Excellent planning and time management skills, including the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
high precision and meticulousness.
basic understanding of the procedures and guidelines controlling payroll processing.
Knowledge of payroll software is preferred.
competence with computers and associated software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), scheduling tools, and email.
