Responsibilities
Work with US-based insurance carriers to:
Follow up on unpaid claims, delayed processing, and underpayment;
Plan and carry out the medical insurance claim denial appeal process;
Work with US-based practice owners and clinicians to complete and correct any missing or incorrect data on their insurance claims;
Find the underlying causes of medical insurance claim denial, underpayment, or delay and suggest solutions;
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of US healthcare billing and coding regulations (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
Understanding of insurance payer policies and procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze and interpret complex medical claims data
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 35K per month (Negotiable)
