Responsibilities
create sufficient documentation on the client software to transmit required documentation to insurance companies and create a clear audit trail for future reference.
Conduct pre-call analysis and check status by calling
Take notes during the conversation and conduct post-call analysis for the purpose of following up on claims.
Evaluate and handle complaints, requests, and inquiries over the phone to make sure that consumer inquiries are addressed at the initial point of contact
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary: From 18K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
