Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily accounting tasks, such as maintaining the general ledger and accounts payable and receivable.
Make ensuring that GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and associated reconciliations are filed accurately and on time.
Compute and deduct TDS in accordance with the relevant sections, and submit timely and accurate TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).
Resolve inconsistencies by reconciling the GST and TDS ledgers with government portals.
Skills:
thorough familiarity with the rules, laws, and filing processes pertaining to GST and TDS.
proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting applications, such as Tally, SAP, and QuickBooks.
strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding precision and attention to detail.
