Responsibilities
Examine ageing reports to find patterns in the amount of unpaid accounts receivable.
Examine and settle complicated claim rejections, underpayments, and denials.
Examine and analyse Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
Create and submit appeals for claims that have been rejected, making sure to include all necessary supporting evidence.
Create and deliver reports to management regarding AR performance and trends.
Keep thorough and well-organised records of every AR activity.
