To join our Chennai precise fabrication and manufacturing team, we are looking for a highly qualified and experienced TIG Welder. In order to create components that satisfy exacting standards, you will be in charge of completing intricate, high-quality, and aesthetically pleasing welds on a variety of materials, mostly utilising the TIG welding process. Excellent physical dexterity, an acute attention to detail, a thorough understanding of metallurgy, and a steadfast dedication to safety and quality are required for this position.

Responsibilities
The desired penetration, bead look, and structural integrity can be achieved by adjusting the heat input, weld pool, and filler metal addition.
Surfaces and pieces should be cleaned, ground, deburred, and precisely fitted to guarantee correct alignment and joint fit-up before welding.
To guarantee compliance with business and industry quality standards, self-inspect welds.
Keep your workspace neat and orderly to reduce risks.
Let the supervisor know about any problems or inconsistencies with the materials or designs.

Educational Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
