Submit appeals and corrected claims with accurate documentation and supporting information.
Document all communication, actions, and claim statuses in the billing system with precision.

What you need:
Strong knowledge of medical billing terminology, procedures, and insurance claim processing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information and negotiate effectively.
Ability to analyze and interpret EOBs, remittance advices, and patient account information.
Proficiency in using medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
