Job Description
The Admin Executive will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient office management. This role involves handling diverse tasks, from coordinating schedules and managing correspondence to supporting various departmental needs.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative and office operations to maintain efficient workflow.
Arrange and plan appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Respond promptly and accurately to all incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, phone, and email).
Maintain office supplies and equipment to make sure they are functional and available.
Maintain and arrange databases and filing systems, both digital and physical.

Skills:
strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
the capacity to efficiently prioritise and multitask in a hectic setting.
strong accuracy and attention to detail, guaranteeing work free of errors.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
