Job Description
We are looking to add a driven and meticulous administrative executive to our team. You will be essential to the seamless and effective daily operations of our office in this capacity.
What you will do:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for executives.
Answer phone calls, screen visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Prepare and maintain office records, files, and correspondence.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment.
Provide general administrative support to the management team.
What we need:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
