We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical billing processes. You will develop and implement quality assurance procedures, conduct audits, and provide feedback to improve overall billing performance.

Responsibilities
Create and execute checklists and quality assurance protocols for medical billing procedures.
To guarantee accuracy and compliance, audit medical billing records, claims, and payment postings.
To suggest process enhancements, find and examine patterns in mistakes and denials.
Determine the underlying reasons for claim denials by analysing denial trends.
Create and keep up-to-date reports on performance indicators and QA findings that are precise and comprehensive.
