Location: In and Around Chennai
Responsibilities
In charge of handling assigned claims, compiling reports, determining which claims need to be followed up on, and resolving denials by following Modmed rules for the necessary action.
Ensuring prompt follow-up to prevent claims from being rejected as a result of delayed follow-up.
Work on projects involving write-offs and contractual changes.
Examine prior notes and actions regarding claims; address any claims that were not handled appropriately in the past and inform the Quality Team of this.
Find ways to enhance the follow-up procedure and suggest additions or deletions to the Practice Instructions or SOPs in light of any recent Payer modifications.
