Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. As an AR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving cash flow by ensuring timely reimbursement for medical services rendered.

Requirements:
Investigate and settle unpaid or rejected claims with insurance providers.
Establish and keep in touch with insurance providers to secure authorisations and speed up the processing of claims.
Examine patient accounts receivable to find and fix inconsistencies.
Examine and settle any differences between insurance payments and patient statements.

Skills:
solid knowledge of medical billing and coding concepts, such as CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes.
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities with the capacity to examine data, spot patterns, and reach insightful conclusions.
competence with Excel spreadsheets and other data analysis software.
meticulous attention to detail combined with the capacity to spot and fix mistakes in patient records.
