Job Description
The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting patients or insurance companies to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and ensure timely payment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities
To enquire about underpaid medical claims, get in touch with insurance companies.
Examine and address underpayments and claim denials.
To find disparities, examine Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
Keep a record of every conversation and action in the billing system.
Negotiate deals with insurance companies and appeal disallowed claims.

Skills:
strong familiarity with insurance claim procedures and medical billing.
knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
outstanding ability to negotiate and communicate.
the capacity to examine EOBs and spot problems with claims.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
