As a Non-Voice Process Executive, you'll be responsible for processing, analyzing, and managing data through various non-voice channels. You'll ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in data management tools will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Enter and process data from several sources into the appropriate systems with accuracy.
Check the completeness and accuracy of the data, finding and fixing any mistakes.
Determine trends, patterns, and anomalies by analysing data.
Arrange and preserve both paper and digital records.
Make sure that documents are filed and retrieved correctly.
Follow established protocols and criteria for processing transactions.
