Job Description
Responsibilities
Work with the production and operations teams to plan and schedule yearly shutdowns, major overhauls, and routine maintenance.
Make use of analytical tools to solve problems.
Encourage the department to have a proactive, safety-focused, and continuous improvement-focused culture.
Assess and suggest new vendors for services and replacement parts.
Oversee or assist with the commissioning, validation, and installation of new machinery and equipment.
Verify that maintenance operations adhere to environmental regulations.

Skills
Knowledge of automation systems, robotics, or industrial control systems.
Experience with specific diagnostic tools.
Prior experience in projects involving new equipment installation or facility expansion.
