Job Description
Primary Task: To plan, coordinate, and manage every facet of the manufacturing production process in our Chennai facility, guaranteeing that goods are produced effectively, satisfy exacting quality standards, follow production schedules, and maximise resource use while preserving a secure and effective working environment.

Responsibilities
Create, carry out, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in order to fulfil delivery deadlines and demand projections.
Create and execute new or altered production workflows, procedures, and layouts to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Put quality management system (QMS) procedures into action and enforce them.
Keep an eye on the functionality and condition of the industrial machines and equipment.
For data entry, production tracking, and reporting, use ERP/MES systems.

Required Abilities:
Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
Experience with ERP or MES software implementation or daily usage.
Familiarity with CAD software for process layout or fixture design.
