Responsibility:
Examine existing production procedures and pinpoint areas that require enhancement.
Create and put into action plans to cut expenses and maximise production efficiency.
Create and manage production plans and schedules.
Track the status of manufacturing and look for any possible bottlenecks.
Create and uphold procedures and standards for quality control.
Investigate the underlying causes of production flaws and take remedial measures.
