Job Description

Educational: Any Basic Degree

Responsibilities
Accurately and quickly enter patient and insurance company (EOB/ERA) payments into the billing system. This covers both electronic posting from Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and manual posting from Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
Check for and look for any differences between daily bank deposits and payments.
Find and fix inconsistencies in the posting of payments, collaborating with internal workers or payers as necessary.
Investigate and settle payment adjustments and denials while carrying out routine denial management follow-up.

Qualification:
solid background in payment posting or a similar discipline, ideally in a medical environment.
familiarity with insurance payment procedures and medical billing codes (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10).
knowledge of several billing and practice management software programs.
keen attention to detail and strong data entry abilities.
Strong analytical and numerical abilities.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday

Additional Info : ESI, PF, Paid Leave.
