Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Manufacturing / Production)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily production operations and line management activities.
Support process optimization and improve cycle time, productivity, and quality.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
Conduct time study, work analysis, and prepare production reports.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and 5S practices.
Assist in maintaining machines and equipment through basic troubleshooting.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and TPM (preferred).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced production environment.
Good communication and team collaboration.
Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Research & Development R&D;)

Key Responsibilities:
Support design, development, and testing of new products.
Assist in preparing CAD drawings, prototypes, and engineering documentation.
Conduct product validation, functional testing, and performance analysis.
Help in BOM creation, specification setting, and technical reports.
Coordinate with production, quality, and supplier teams for product improvements.
Participate in innovation, reverse engineering, and benchmarking activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust fundamentals in engineering design & material science.
Knowledge of CAD tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo (preferred).
Technical curiosity and strong innovation mindset.
