Job Description
We are looking for an efficient and meticulous Charge Entry Executive to enter patient billing and demographic data into our practice management system in a timely and precise manner. For correct claim submissions and prompt payment for services done, this position is essential. The initial data collection that powers the revenue cycle is under the purview of the Charge Entry Executive.

Responsibility:
Enter patient demographics, insurance details, and medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS) into the billing system accurately.
Use internet portals, phone calls to insurance companies, or other verification tools to confirm a patient's insurance eligibility and benefits.
By updating the data in the system and submitting the claim, you can find and fix coding or demographic-related claim denials.
Keep abreast of payer needs, coding norms, and regulatory changes.
