Responsibilities:
Use a variety of billing system information to identify important locations where money is being lost.
Ensure that appropriate paperwork and clinical justification are provided when working on appeals for complex or high-value refused claims.
Present results and make recommendations for process enhancements during team meetings.
Work closely with AR Callers to help them understand particular types of denials and to help them with their follow-up tactics.
Send pertinent teams important payer updates.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
