Job Description
We are looking for an administrative executive in Chennai who is very proactive, well-organised, and adaptable. As the mainstay of our office operations, you will be in charge of overseeing daily administrative duties, making sure that everything runs smoothly, and helping to create a productive and upbeat work atmosphere for all staff members. Outstanding organisational talents, effective communication skills, and a painstaking attention to detail are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities
Ensure that the office space is kept clean, safe, and orderly by supervising the general care and maintenance.
Keep track of office supplies, stationery, and pantry goods by starting prompt procurement and keeping track of inventory.
Handle deliveries, couriers, and incoming and outgoing mail.
Ensure that information is easily retrieved by managing and organising both electronic and physical file systems.
Arrange and plan appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations both internally and externally.
Respond to general administrative enquiries from staff members.

Skills:
high level of competence with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in the Microsoft Office Suite.
strong focus on precision and detail in all tasks.
proactive, creative, and able to foresee requirements and find solutions on their own.

Educational Qualification: BE in EEE
