Job Description
The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical billing processes through comprehensive quality assurance testing and analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of medical billing regulations, coding, and payer policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining the integrity of our billing operations.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive audits of the charge input, coding, payment posting, and AR follow-up steps involved in medical billing.
Make sure that HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other pertinent laws are followed.
Examine data from quality assurance to find patterns and areas that need work.
Create reports on quality indicators, compliance concerns, and audit findings.
Billing employees should get instruction on coding, billing, and compliance needs.
