Job Description
To join our fabrication team in Chennai, we are looking for an ARC Welder with experience and a strong safety record. You will be in charge of carrying out excellent arc welding on a variety of metal parts and constructions, guaranteeing accuracy, durability, and compliance with engineering requirements. A steady hand, a solid technical grasp of welding procedures, and a dedication to safety and high-quality work are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities
Depending on the type of material, thickness, and welding requirements, choose and configure the proper welding equipment, electrodes, current, voltage, and other parameters.
To make sure parts are properly aligned before welding, take exact measurements with callipers, rulers, squares, and other measuring tools.
As necessary, make small repairs or rework on welds to satisfy quality requirements.
Make that welding tools and equipment are operating properly by doing routine maintenance.
Inform the supervisor right away of any problems with the materials or equipment.

Skills:
practical knowledge of power tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices.
strong knowledge of welding methods, metal characteristics, and weld quality requirements.
Outstanding dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.

Educational Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
Experience: 3+ yrs
