Job Description
Responsibilities
Set up and prepare VMC machines for production runs based on engineering drawings, work instructions, and CNC programs.
Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices.
Verify machine tool offsets, probe workpieces, and conduct trial runs to ensure accurate machining.
Optimize machining parameters (speeds, feeds, depths of cut) to maximize productivity and minimize cycle times.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor programming or machine issues
Role: VMC Setter
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any ITI or Diploma Degree
Location: In and Around Chennai
