Responsibilities:
To draw in qualified applicants, create job descriptions and ads that are intriguing.
Assess candidates' abilities, experience, cultural fit, and expected remuneration through preliminary phone and/or video interviews.
After an interview, collect and give candidates feedback.
Ensure that all pre-joining procedures are fulfilled in order to support the onboarding process.
Work on a variety of HR projects in conjunction with the larger HR team.
To draw in top personnel, support employer branding campaigns.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 3+ yrs
