Job Description
Primary Task: In order to form the crucial first step in the US healthcare revenue cycle, our Chennai office will accurately and efficiently enter patient demographic and insurance information into the medical billing system, making sure that all data is carefully captured and verified in accordance with client guidelines and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Enter complete insurance data, such as subscriber information, policy numbers, group numbers, effective dates, and payer names.
Any inconsistencies or missing information should be noted and forwarded to the relevant team or client for clarification.
Verify that every entry complies with US healthcare laws, especially HIPAA's requirements for the security and privacy of patient data.
Quickly adjust to various software programs and client systems.
Reach and continuously surpass weekly/daily productivity goals for the volume of data entry.

Required Abilities:
Familiarity with medical terminology and common insurance types is an advantage.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for basic data management.
Good computer literacy and ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications.
