Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently post payments from various sources (insurance companies, patients, etc.) to patient accounts within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials.
Accurately enter payment information into the EHR system, ensuring data integrity and minimizing errors.
Verify payment information against remittance advices (RA) and other supporting documentation.
Skills:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and payment posting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payment posting issues.
Proficiency in using EHR systems, billing software, and other relevant computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets).
Excellent time-management and organising abilities to set priorities and fulfil deadlines.
