Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and results-oriented AR Caller to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding accounts receivable, reduce claim denials, and maximize revenue. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for services rendered.

Responsibility:
Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims by proactively contacting insurance companies by phone and online.
Analyse EOBs and remittance advices to look into and address claim rejections, underpayments, and denials.
Speak with patients about billing questions, payment options, and unpaid amounts.
Clearly explain billing statements and respond to enquiries from patients about their accounts.
Keep thorough and current records of all account modifications and collection operations.
