Biryani is the imperial dish amongst all the rice dishes of India. Although there are numerous variations of biryani, you will not be disappointed with our carefully compiled recipe.

Our authentic hyderabadi dum biryani is served in a layer of basmati rice at the bottom and top. It is embedded in-between with tender pieces of meat, in a thick spicy sauce. This serves the purpose of capturing the aroma of unique herbs and spices and to cook the meat to perfection.

To avoid any disappointment we recommend you reserve a biryani for takeaway or home delivery at your earliest convenience.

NOTE : Biryani Orders Taken From 7am till 3pm for lunch. Ist dum of the day will be ready by 11.30am. Orders placed b4 9am will be delivered between 12 and 1pm. Orders placed after 10 am will be delivered between 1pm and 2 pm. Hot and Fresh DUM's of Muslim and Hyderabadi Style Biryani's will be prepared every 2 hours. Preparations are purely based on the calls we get!!

No food is stocked or dumped for our valuable clients. Clients visiting us without prior notice will have to wait for their food to get ready, packed for takeaways or delivery.
