Responsibilities:
Apply superior MIG welding to a variety of metal parts and constructions, mostly mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium.
Complete basic welding component fitting, grinding, deburring, and cleaning.
Make simple dimensions inspections on welded components with measuring instruments such as gauges, tape measures, and callipers.
Keep your welding workspace neat, orderly, and secure while following the 5S guidelines.
Ascertain adherence to safe operating procedures and appropriate machine guarding.
Skills:
competence in configuring and modifying MIG welding equipment for a range of uses.
competent with power tools, measurement devices, and simple hand tools.
awareness of typical welding flaws and weld inspection standards.

Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
