Responsibilities
1. Project Research and Brainstorming:
- Conduct thorough research at each stage of the project to ensure a solid foundation for marketing strategies.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions that align with client objectives.

2. Delegating Assignments:
- Assign tasks to members of the graphics and advertising departments based on project requirements and individual strengths.
- Clearly communicate project goals and deadlines to ensure all team members understand their responsibilities.

3. Supervising Employee Work:
- Oversee the work of team members, providing direction, support, and clarification as needed.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess progress and address any challenges faced by the team.

4. Ensuring Client Specifications:
- Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet their expectations.

5. Coordinating Campaign Efforts:
- Coordinate the efforts of various teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are completed on time and to the desired quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.

6. Adhering to Time and Financial Constraints:
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all activities stay within set limits.

7. Tracking Consumer Engagement:
