To achieve corporate goals, create and implement sales strategies for mass hiring solutions, NAPS, NATS, staffing services, labour outsourcing, and certification programs.
To increase business opportunities, find and convert leads by focussing on corporations, government agencies, and industries.
Establish and preserve solid bonds with industry partners and corporate clients to promote enduring collaborations and recurring business.
Work together with corporates to promote career-focused certification programs on our e-skilling platform and provide specialised workforce solutions.
Use CRM systems to efficiently manage the sales pipeline, guaranteeing accurate sales forecasting and prompt follow-up.
Create thorough sales reports that provide information on market trends, performance, and expansion prospects.
Increase market reach by creating new business opportunities in corporations, industries, and other important sectors.

Skills:
Strong sales and business development experience in the HR solutions industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and trust with clients
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Proficiency in using CRM software
In-depth knowledge of the HR industry and market trends

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
