Working Hours : 8 hours Work | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities
Respond to all enquiries in a courteous and competent manner.
Investigate and resolve consumer enquiries, then offer a suitable and fulfilling resolution.
Inform clients about services and proceduresReport any problems to the team leader.
Reach the defined KPIs and goals.
Follow shift schedules to the letter.
Respect established internal policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Cooperate with the group.
