Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Payment Posting: Post insurance company and patient payments to patient accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
EOB/ERA Processing: Handle insurance payers' Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs).
Payment Reconciliation: Find any differences between insurance reimbursements and payments.
Data entry: Enter payment details into the practice management system precisely.
Investigate and settle payment disputes and denials through account research.

Skills:
Data Entry Skills: Accuracy and speed in data entry.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payment posting issues.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in medical billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
