Key Responsibilities:
Help with new hire onboarding procedures, such as gathering and confirming documents.
Make sure all necessary agreements and forms are correctly completed and sent in.
Keep an onboarding document database and make any necessary updates.
Check personnel information for compliance and PF and ESI registration.
Verify documents again to make sure they adhere to legal standards.
Work together with the payroll and HR departments to promptly resolve any problems.
Maintain and arrange personnel files in a private and secure way.
Create recurring reports on the progress of PF, ESI compliance, and onboarding.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
